Biffle Leads Roush Fenway Racing With 10th-Place Finish In Daytona 500

Stenhouse Jr. and Bayne caught up in last-lap accident; Finish 29th and 30th

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Feb. 22, 2015) – Greg Biffle led the Roush Fenway Racing effort in the Daytona 500 with a 10th-place finish in Sunday’s Great American Race at Daytona International Speedway. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was working with Biffle on the last lap before getting claimed in a multi-car accident that relegated him and teammate Trevor Bayne to 29th and 30th-place finishes.

“It’s a little disappointing because we want to win the Daytona 500,” said Biffle. “There was nothing I could do at the end because I was totally boxed in.  We had a good run, but the 13 and the 15 split each other down there and we were dead in the water.”

Roush Fenway Racing and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series return to action next weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
