Earlier this Season at Dover

Greg Biffle had a fast No. 16 Ford and was even able to lead the field for multiple laps prior to being collected in a multi-car accident.  Biffle was one of 18 cars collected in the green flag restart with just under 50 laps remaining.  The damage sent Biffle to the garage where it was determined their day was over, leaving Biffle with a 29th-place finish.

On the Car

The No. 16 Fusion carries the Ford EcoBoost colors this Sunday afternoon at Dover. Ford EcoBoost technology combines smaller overall size with turbocharging, direct injection and variable valve timing to bring customers outstanding performance and fuel economy.

Biffle on Dover:

“Dover is one of my favorite tracks that we go to on the circuit and it’s also the fastest one-mile track that we race at.  I’ve got a couple of trophies from Dover and I’d really like another.  Track position and pit strategy are very important and so is keeping up with the concrete surface as rubber builds throughout the race.  As a driver you have to be on your toes, it’s a fast track that changes throughout the race.”
